Facilities
De Aston Sixth Form is based in its own accommodation. The facilities include two private study areas (including computer access) and a well-sized common room.
Arts Facilities
De Aston prides itself on its success in the Arts. Sixth Form students have access to two drama studios, a dance studio, music practice rooms and recording studios, art rooms and a specialist Media suite. Sixth Formers play a major part in our school productions and concerts, as well as running the school newspaper.
Sports Facilities
Our sporting facilities are outstanding and include extensive rugby/football pitches, gym, sports hall, fitness suite and a 3G astro-turf.
If you are an enthusiastic games player, there are many opportunities for extra sporting activities. We play regular competitive and friendly matches against other schools as well as entering regional and national competitions. Sixth Formers usually play a considerable role in organizing, and taking part in these.
Many of our Sixth Form have also achieved the Sports Leaders qualification. Playing for recreation is encouraged just as much as playing in competition.
